The Basement Self-Solve Bulkhead Repair Kit is designed to waterproof the cold joint between the concrete pre-cast bulkhead and a poured concrete foundation.  If your homes bulkhead is not a pre-cast bulkhead, then this product will not repair it. Instead you will need a Wall Crack Repair Kit.  If you are not sure how to tell if it is a  pre-cast, bulkhead is that the steps will be concrete.

This kit will cover the 3 joints of the bulkhead. 1 bottom and 2 side joints. The product is a flexible urethane resin that is injected into the cold joint. Designed to withstand movement that is typical with pre-cast bulkheads.
